Book Report on "Turn Homeward Hannalee"
The name of the book I am writing about is Turn Homeward Hannalee. It was written by Patricia Beaty. During the Civil War, Hannalee, a very courageous and daring girl, was taken by northern soldiers. Then she was sent on a long dangerous train ride, and after it, her and her brother were taken to two different farms. Both of the two families were mean people. After a long time, Hannalee escaped and found her brother. Together, they made the long road home. Once they made it home, they found a wonderful surprise. I think you will like this book because it is exciting and very interesting. But the best part is, you never know what will happen next. by Lexie Hamilton

Heroes
Not everyone thinks that godliness is powerful. In this essay, I will be talking about what a hero is to me. I hope you enjoy this essay. Some people believe that heroes are just people with capes. Here are some traits I think heroes, real heroes, have: bravery, kindness, godliness and courage. I hope your hero has these important traits to. So, when you're at school, church or at home, remember that whether your helping your mom or on a mission trip, you can be a hero. I hope I helped you understand heroes better. by Alexis Hamilton
